With over 25 years of ordained ministry, Pastor Chad brings a wealth of experience to the Tallapoosa Baptist Association. Having served as a Youth, Missions, Executive, and Senior Pastor, his leadership is defined by a deep-seated commitment to the local church and a passion for Kingdom unity. This conviction drives him to build bridges across denominational lines, fostering a spirit of cooperation to further God’s work throughout the region.
Chad operates under a simple mandate: Any vision other than God’s is not eternal. His heart is to see every member church actively engaged in:
- Devotion: Loving God with all their heart.
- Connection: Loving their neighbors authentically.
- Multiplication: Making disciples in their everyday lives.
Family is Chad’s primary ministry. Alongside his wife and “best friend” Missy, he enjoys life with their two married children and four grandchildren. An avid outdoorsman, traveler, and cook, Chad is also an adventurer at heart; he is currently working toward his goal of preaching the Gospel on every inhabited continent. He has one continent to go!
